CrossFit is a group fitness based program that utilises all types of fitness
and strength training.
All sessions at CrossFit South Wharf are coached by our caring and
involved team of accredited coaches. CrossFit South Wharf is located
between South Wharf and South Melbourne, a short walk from South Wharf

As for results I'm much stronger yet I've dropped a shirt size since joining in Feb (without being restrictive in my diet) and learnt lifts and workouts I'd never done before. The on-site chiro team has also helped very much with old, niggling injuries. And I have a sauna after almost every workout. So glad I found you guys !
