As for results I'm much stronger yet I've dropped a shirt size since joining in Feb (without being restrictive in my diet) and learnt lifts and workouts I'd never done before. The on-site chiro team has also helped very much with old, niggling injuries. And I have a sauna after almost every workout. So glad I found you guys !

I have a particular passion for working with master’s athletes as well as people new to the world of CrossFit and structuring programs to fit people’s specific needs.
